Lewisville Windows guarantees their windows to last a life-time. This means they will require very little ongoing paint or putty maintenance, they will not have incidental peeling, cracking, warping or chipping from everyday normal use. If our stainless steel hardware stops functioning properly, we will fix or repair it at no additional cost. When you first have your window glass installed we guarantee that it will be smooth and chip or crack free ensuring a great view free from blurs or wavy lines or smears. If your window sash or glass is defective, we will replace it free of charge. If you break a window under natural use, we will also replace that too. Whenever a warranty is utilized, we will also cover the charges associated with our window expert installation team fixing or repairing your window issue. We will also honor a transfer of the window warranty in the event you move out and sell your home so long as you provide written notice within a 30 day period. The only difference with a transferred warranty is that the cost of installation will no longer be waived from the time of transfer moving forward. Lewisville Windows guarantee (warranty) is only effective after total payment(s) are made in full and the window project is completed entirely.
Our life-time limited warranty shall only be put into effect once full payment of total price is completed and the entire home replacement window project is finished. This includes financing or monthly installments, etc.
If your window has natural external condensation, the warranty does not consider this as defective as condensation is normal for home windows (especially if your home is air tight).
If you order a specialty, hand-crafted, non-machine reproducible custom window. However we do cover hardware and parts and will deliver and install a flawless window upon initial purchase.
Any natural disaster or extreme weather condition (Acts of God) such as: stress cracking from prolonged or extreme exposure to heat, earth quake, war, flood, vandalism, hurricane, tornado, fire and rioting. In most of these particular cases your home insurance company will incur these costs and reimburse you.
Lewisville Windows is not responsible for any sealing/caulking of the window frame as that is a part of the regular/annual (or as needed) window maintenance care the home owner must do.
Color fading from prolonged sunlight/heat exposure.
We can not always guarantee an exact color match of molds, frames, hardware, etc. whenever a warranty is used.
